Blood Witch Woods
Sent off to an elite boarding school in the middle of nowhere, Josephine Tolliday is ready to start the long walk back to civilization when a local legend about a witch sends her into the nearby woods. There she finds Del—a cranky old lady who kicks her in the shin and tells her to begone. Disappointed, Jo steals a carving of a wolf to prove to the rest of the school that there’s no witch—just a lonely cottage with a lonely woman in the middle of nowhere.
But when a red wolf straight out of Little Red Riding Hood keeps appearing at the edge of the forest, Jo goes back for answers. Del’s explanation? Magic, stupid girl.
Jo can get behind magic, and enchanted wi-fi is only a bonus. But when Del’s past comes calling, Jo has to acknowledge that magic is more than what you find in fairytales. Witches aren’t the only magic creatures out there, and Del’s being hunted for her power. Jo might have to make the ultimate sacrifice to save Del—and still lose everything in the process.
